Treat your sweetheart to a romantic 3-course dinner at Cuvee this Valentine’s Day.

Book a cozy table indoors or under the stars and enjoy a complimentary glass of our Brut Rosé bubbly on arrival, while live music sets the mood.

 

MENU

Homemade bread board with pickles and spreads on arrival

Starters

Duo of salmon: salmon gravlax, fennel compote, salmon tartar and cucumber frozen yoghurt

Or

Smoked duck terrine, balsamic toffee tomatoes, chicken liver parfait, and toasted sesame

Mains

Braised beef short rib, smoked butter mash, grilled butternut, butternut puree, red wine poached pearl onions and red wine reduction

Or

Fresh line fish, seaweed pasta, stir fried vegetables, tempura mussels, Asian broth and shiitake chips

Dessert

Red velvet waffles with mixed berry mousse and cocoa sorbet to share
