Join Simonsig’s award-winning winemaker Hannes Meyer Friday 20 May, 18:30 for 19:00, for a unique 5-course dinner experience where he will be exploring Simonsig Chenin Blanc as well as a few French surprises.
Opening Cuvée’s new “Come Dine With” series, Hannes selected Chenin Blanc from our own cellar as well as from France, and paired it with his favourite dishes, including sesame crusted seared tuna and braised, smoked pork neck. Guests will be able to purchase his selection of wines on the evening and receive first-hand tasting notes from the winemaker himself.
The menu, prepared by Chef Carolize Coetzee, boasts only the freshest ingredients and seasonal produce.
