    • Free delivery only applies to orders of R2000 and above.
    • Offers and deliveries are only done in South Africa.
    • Deliveries must be signed and can only be accepted by adults 18 years and older.
    • Delivery is subject to receipt of payment and will be made to the address specified by you in the shipping field of the order form. Please notify Simonsig of address changes prior to dispatch from the farm (within 1 -2 working days of the order being placed). Simonsig will not be held responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines.  We will not be liable for any loss occasioned by any delay in the delivery.  If there are specific needs regarding a delivery, please indicate it in writing to
    • If the delivery address is a work address, the client must personally sign for the receipt of the consignment, as Simonsig will not be liable for any loss of wines. Should the product be returned to the farm, the client will be held liable for the delivery costs.
    • We will not be held responsible for any delays, outside of our control which relate to delivery of your orders.

Returns & refunds

    • The provision of goods and services by Simonsig is subject to availability. Client satisfaction is our foremost priority.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products, please get in touch with us and return the products at your own cost within 15 days of receipt (of goods).  We will arrange for the collection of goods from you back to the farm.  Should the products be deemed faulty in any respect when delivered to you, we will issue a replacement, or arrange for a refund for the price of the products, as well as the cost of delivery.
    • If the delivery does not match the ordered products, we will gladly collect and replace the incorrect products at no cost to you, on the condition that the goods are returned in their original state within 15 days from date of delivery. If for some reason the correct vintage cannot be sourced, we will offer an alternative vintage or issue a refund.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund you for any case where the wine products do not meet personal preference. You are more than welcome to contact us for any advice on wine selection prior to purchase
